Job Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline connection between our company and our customers. You will assist with orders, provide product and service support, and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to Quality, Value, and Service. This role requires excellent phone and computer skills, exceptional written communication skills, critical thinking, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, orders, and challenges with professionalism and care.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate order updates, pricing details, and estimates.
- Handle overflow sales calls and support order processing as needed.
- Communicate confidently with teachers, coaches, gym owners, and school district decision-makers.
- Develop knowledge of school purchasing processes and bid practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- De-escalate customer concerns while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Uphold company values of integrity, respect, teamwork, and customer focus in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; call center or retail background a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Patience and grace when working with customers, team members, and technology.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Knowledge of the cheer or dance industry a plus.

GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIALIST
Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)
Job Overview
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for graphic design work to aid in manufacturing. Works closely with Sales and Purchasing from within Production umbrella to bring ideas to life. Assists in physical manufacturing of decorated products.
Key Responsibilities

Fulfills requests for customer proofs; queue management

Creates artwork for and is main contact for sublimation vendor; works directly with contractor to fix any artwork issues

Develops graphics for screenprint and vinyl

Creates flyers and sales sheets, with collaboration from Sales

Generates decoration cut files for manufacturing

Designs eblast and social media graphics
-
Aids in cutting and application of garment decoration
-
Creates to standard tackle twill lettering cut files
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop

Great attention to detail

Organized and able to work under tight deadlines

Knowledge of garment decoration a plus

Knowledge of the spirit industry a plus
Candidates must be creative and have great attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be largely self-motivated and possess strong follow-up skills. This is a full-time, on-site position.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Two Positions
(El Paso Area Sales Rep & Waco and Surrounding Area Sales Rep)

Objective:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
This position is a 1099 contract, commission based only.
Responsibilities:
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on schools, gyms, and youth organizations, direct mail, email, and networking.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of cheerleading
Possesses a complete understanding of pricing and estimate models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with coaches, gym owners and other important decision makers.
Becomes familiar with school districts’ purchasing and bid practices in assigned territory.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with the appropriate company employees.

Job Requirements:
Responsible for the upkeep and care of all Fit Kits that are provided, and ensures their return in a timely manner based on home office needs.
Responsible for purchasing luggage to transport all Fit Kits.
Responsible for keeping all personal accounting records including taxes, mileage, expenses, etc.
Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all appropriate company policies.
