INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)

 

Cheerleading.com/CC Dancewear is seeking an energetic candidate to fill the position of Inside Sales Specialist. If you are a positive and detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively and understands the concept of customer relations, this could be the position for you!

Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you must be customer service oriented with excellent phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Field incoming phone calls and e-mails as well as work inbound leads from our website. 
  • Provide customers with excellent product recommendations based on your knowledge of the spirit industry, as well as customer knowledge and needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with the entire ordering process from consultation, quotes, drawings, fittings, order entry and returns/exchanges.
  • Build sales productivity individual territory and prospecting new sales leads.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational, written and communication skills. They are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and time management skills. Sales experience is recommended. They will possess patience and grace with self, others and technology. Salesforce experience, knowledge of the cheer and dance industry and fluency in Spanish are pluses.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

If you are a positive, detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively, thrives on problem-solving, and delivers exceptional customer care, we want to hear from you! 

 

Job Overview

 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline connection between our company and our customers. You will assist with orders, provide product and service support, and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to Quality, Value, and Service. This role requires excellent phone and computer skills, exceptional written communication skills, critical thinking, empathy, and a professional demeanor. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, orders, and challenges with professionalism and care. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. 
  • Provide accurate order updates, pricing details, and estimates. 
  • Handle overflow sales calls and support order processing as needed. 
  • Communicate confidently with teachers, coaches, gym owners, and school district decision-makers. 
  • Develop knowledge of school purchasing processes and bid practices. 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • De-escalate customer concerns while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism. 
  • Uphold company values of integrity, respect, teamwork, and customer focus in every interaction. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous customer service experience required; call center or retail background a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency. 
  • Patience and grace when working with customers, team members, and technology. 
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred. 
  • Knowledge of the cheer or dance industry a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Two Positions

(El Paso Area Sales Rep & Waco and Surrounding Area Sales Rep)

Objective:

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

This position is a 1099 contract, commission based only.

Responsibilities:

Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on schools, gyms, and youth organizations, direct mail, email, and networking.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of cheerleading
Possesses a complete understanding of pricing and estimate models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with coaches, gym owners and other important decision makers.
Becomes familiar with school districts’ purchasing and bid practices in assigned territory.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with the appropriate company employees.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for the upkeep and care of all Fit Kits that are provided, and ensures their return in a timely manner based on home office needs.
Responsible for purchasing luggage to transport all Fit Kits.
Responsible for keeping all personal accounting records including taxes, mileage, expenses, etc.
Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all appropriate company policies.
