JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cheerleading.com/CC Dancewear is seeking a manager for our Customer Service Department. This patient and level-headed individual will manage and guide a small staff of phone and e-mail team members in providing excellent customer service to our consumer base by receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products and complaints. Customer relations, problem resolution and time management are key to this position. Customer Service is one of the cornerstones of our company and we need an individual who is committed to our goal of unparalleled customer satisfaction and care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
Ensure that staff members are adhering to the company’s best practices for customer satisfaction.
Manage, suggest and implement customer service processes and best practices.
Manage processing and fulfillment of on-line sales orders and phone orders.
Ability to work with several departments to resolve customer issues.
Manage a staff of 2-5 people. Address disciplinary/performance issues as they arise; provide day-to-day supervision to the overall department.
Complete projects as requested by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and written with customers, employees, and vendors.
Able to analyze and resolve complex service related issues using independent judgment.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Listening Skills: Clearly understand the customer’s question or concern and respond in an effective and respectful manner, providing clear instruction and assistance with a pleasant and friendly tone.
Ability to learn and have an understanding of company products.
Effective organizational skills.
Computer Literate - working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Mature social-emotional skills and professional appearance and behavior a must!

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

*South Texas/Corpus Christi

*Coordinates with: Tracie O'Neal, in Dallas, Texas home office.

*Objective: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

*Responsibilities:
o Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on schools, gyms, and youth organizations, direct mail, email, and networking.
o Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of cheerleading
o Possesses a complete understanding of pricing and estimate models.
o Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with coaches, gym owners and other important decision makers.
o Becomes familiar with school districts’ purchasing and bid practices in assigned territory.
o Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

*Relationships and Roles:
o Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
o Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with the appropriate company employees.
o Builds trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high personal and professional integrity.
o Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
o Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.

*Job Specifications:
o The company seeks outgoing individuals with a strong knowledge of cheer.

o Strong understanding of computer based entry and spreadsheets.
o Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

*Job Requirements:
o Responsible for the upkeep and care of all Fit Kits that are provided, and ensures their return in a timely manner based on home office needs.
o Responsible for purchasing luggage to transport all Fit Kits.
o Responsible for keeping all personal accounting records including taxes, mileage, expenses, etc.
o Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all appropriate company policies.
