Follow these simple steps: |

| 1. | Choose your style, lettering and color placement for your uniform. |
|
| 2. | Download our ORDER FORM, and our MEASURING WORKSHEET. You can
either use our ORDER FORM or write up your order for us on your own paper.
If you choose to write up your own order, be sure to include a current
telephone number with area code with your order as well as your shipping
information. |

| 3. | See information about Payment and our Credit Policy, and be sure to review all of our Order Polices. |
|
| 4. | Have an adult or someone with sewing experience measure your team members. It is always a good idea to have the same person measure all team members. You can see our Measuring Guidelines. Measure carefully as
custom uniforms are not returnable or exchangeable. |

| 5. | You can either fax your order to 800-411-0842, E-mail your order to orders@cheerleading.com or call in your order to 800-411-4105. |

| 6. | Remember that we cannot begin your order until we have styles, color placement, measurements and payment information. |
