What type of designs can be made for Sublimated uniforms?
There are so many options! See above for some design ideas. Sublimated uniforms are a great way to incorporate an intricate logo, or to create your very own fabric design. Due to the dying process, we currently do not have the capability to create metallics.

Currently, we are able to make:
Solid Colors – Not limited to our polyester colors! We have a variety of color options available!
Fades – Uniforms can be faded using 2 or 3 colors. Some colors do not fade well together. If the Art Department runs into this while working on your design, they will let your salesperson know so you can be contacted. The Art Department will provide other options to you for a color-way that looks more pleasing.
All-Over Prints – Stars, polka dots, a small version of a logo – almost anything can be made into an all-over fabric print!
Logos, Mascots, and Team names – Can be placed on the chest, back, sleeves, skirts – pretty much anywhere on the uniform!

Types of designs that don’t work as well for Sublimated uniforms include:
Designs in which lines have to match us with sleeves, backs, or from top to skirt, similar to traditional striping on uniforms. Sublimation is for a more “out of the box” look.

Can I use my own logo in my design?
Definitely! Sublimation is the perfect format to incorporate gym or company logos, or mascot images. If you have a specific logo you want to use, please be prepared to email a hi-resolution (300 ppi) image, in either .ai or .eps, form, to art@cheerleading.com. Additional artwork charges may apply if you are providing your own artwork.

I would like to have my mascot on my Sublimated uniform, but I don’t have an image I can provide. Can I still get my mascot on my uniform?
Yes! We have a large library of mascot images to choose from. Any of our Imprinted Spirit Item Mascot Art, as well as any of the Tackle Twill lettering designs, may be used in a Sublimated uniform design at no extra charge.

Are there minimums for Sublimated uniforms?
Yes, all Sublimation orders have a minimum of 12 uniforms for the first order. Additional add-ons and fill-ins of the same uniform/design may be ordered after that for an additional 20% each, 1-11.

Can I see a drawing of my design before I order?
Yes. There is a $50 artwork fee for any Sublimated uniform designs, which includes a picture of the uniform. Approval of a drawing is required for all Sublimation orders. The $50 artwork fee is fully applicable to your Sublimated uniform order once the order is placed.

How long is manufacturing time for Sublimated uniforms?
Manufacturing time for sublimated uniforms is approximately 5-7 weeks during most of the year.
