| Follow these simple steps: |

Choose your style, lettering and color placement for your uniform. |

| 2. |
Download our ORDER FORM, and our MEASURING WORKSHEET. You can either use our
ORDER FORM or write up your order for us on your own paper. If you choose to write up your own order, be sure to include a current telephone number with area code with your order as well as your shipping, sizing and payment information. |

| 3. | See information about Payment and our Credit Policy, and be sure to review all of our Order Polices. |
|
| 4. | Have an adult or someone with sewing experience measure your team members. It is always a good idea to have the same person measure all team members. Please see our Measuring Guidelines
for more information. Measure carefully as custom uniforms are not returnable or exchangeable.
For a minimal deposit, you may borrow one of our Cheer Fit Kits and try on actual uniform samples. |
