In order to begin production on your order, we must have the following information:
Styles and Color Placement - Please be specific when ordering. All styles listed on the Internet and in the catalog have specific color placements. Please CALL US FIRST at 800-411-4105 if you have any questions about color placement or colors. We are happy to send free color swatches to you to determine which color to order.
Sizing Information - Cheerleading Company recommends that the sponsor or someone with sewing experience measure team members. We suggest that you have the same person measure all team members. DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL TEAM MEMBERS MEASURE THEMSELVES. Please see measuring guidelines on the internet at http://www.cheerleading.com/sizing_information.php or in our catalog. Cheerleading Company will be happy to convert your measurements into our size chart for you.

Cheerleading Company will extend credit to public schools in good standing with our company. We accept official Purchase Orders from accredited public: Universities and Colleges, High Schools, Junior High Schools, Middle Schools and Elementary Schools. All Purchase Orders must be signed by an authorized school official. Merchandise must be shipped to the school address only.
Public schools that are not set up on a Purchase Order system may submit a "Letter of Guarantee." The letter must state that the school is accepting responsibility of payment for the order of cheerleading uniforms and/or accessories with the total amount including shipping and handling listed. The Principal must sign the letter. It needs to be on official school stationary with the complete school address, phone and FAX numbers listed.
We must a have a signed Purchase Order or prepayment in hand before we are able to begin processing your order. Manufacturing will begin on the date we receive the payment, Purchase Order or Letter of Guarantee. If we have to verify your purchase order, manufacturing will begin on date of verification. Purchase Orders can be faxed to 800-411-0842.
Terms: All approved accounts are Net 30 days upon receipt of invoice. Late payments are subject to additional charges.
Purchase Orders from the following types of groups CANNOT be accepted: Private Schools and Academies, Public Charter Schools and Academies, Gyms, Cheer and/or dance studios, Pop Warner leagues, Pee Wee leagues, Private companies, and other groups. We cannot accept PO's or letters of guarantee from schools out of the country. We are happy to accept orders from these groups, however pre-payment is required before shipment.

For quick shipment, please pay with credit/debit card, money order or cashier's check. If your order is paid with a personal check, it will be held until cleared by our bank.
Cheerleading Company will NOT accept multiple checks from individual team members on team orders. One check or money order will be accepted from each team or organization. A $35.00 service fee will be charged on ALL returned checks. A returned check on an order will cause the entire order to be pulled from production and placed on hold until payment is resolved.

Cheerleading Company guarantees our merchandise against manufacturing defects. We will be happy to correct any workmanship defects if we are notified within 14 days after ship date. However, if the items are custom-made to your specific requests, using your specific measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, Cheerleading Company is not responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown.
All returns/exchanges or issues regarding merchandise defects must be made within 14 days after ship date and must be accompanied by a . Please CALL US if you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges. Additional shipping charges and restock fees may apply to some returns or exchanges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing of returns/exchanges. We will not accept returns of items not in resalable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable or exchangable: polyester uniforms, polyester warm-ups, custom made pom pons, briefs and bodysuits (if opened) due to health code reasons, items worn or soiled, lettered items including garments, sweatshirts, shorts, bra tops and bags with tackle-twill or monogramming, custom socks, hair accessories, printed items, mascot uniforms, DVDs and CDs.
Shoe Exchanges: There is a $5.00 restocking fee on all shoe exchanges. There is a $10.00 per pair restocking fee for boxes that are damaged, have postage or tape affixed, or on which are written. Shoes may only be exchanged if they are unworn. If shoes appear to be worn, they will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for payment.

| Cancellations are not accepted for custom manufactured items once an order has been placed into production. For example, if you have a team member who leaves your team, and her uniform and pom pons are already in process, we are unable to cancel her order because all uniforms and pom pons are custom made to our customer's specifications. |
| | SELECTING YOUR SIZE | Top |
1. Cheerleading Company garments are manufactured to standard sizing charts. Measurements are taken to determine which standard size will be the best possible fit. Garments are not manufactured to fit an individual's exact measurements. We are able to customize back length and skirt length on most garments at no extra charge.
2. Cheerleaders Grow! Hold fittings as close to the time of ordering as possible, and take potential growth into account when determining the size to order.
3. As with any standard-size garment, some alterations may be necessary for the best fit. Alterations and alteration costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Cheerleading Company does not provide alterations.
Cheerleading Company allows small tolerances in the length and width of garments. Garments may measure up to +/- 1/2" of the specified length and +/- 1/2" of the specified bust/chest or waist size. |

Cheerleading Company will be glad to manufacture additional “add-on” uniforms in your style. Additional uniform orders will be billed at the appropriate price for the quantity ordered. All individual list prices are based on quantities of 4 or more. To keep our manufacturing time fast and our cost to you low, there is a processing upcharge of 20% to the list price on orders with quantities of 1-3. Uniforms may not be added or deleted to any custom order once it has been placed into
Production. Add-on orders will be considered a new order and appropriate manufacturing time and shipping will apply. |

Manufacturing schedules are approximate and are based upon receipt by Cheerleading Company of your completed order and payment. Please note that orders placed between May and September are subject to additional manufacturing time. Manufacturing time does not include shipping time. Custom monogramming can add 1-2 weeks to your manufacturing time.

All manufacturing schedules are estimated. We assume no liability for delays due to conditions beyond our control including delivery service delays, strikes, accidents, war or other unavoidable impediments with raw materials and supplies.

| Cheerleading Company recommends washing all uniform items using a mild using mild detergent without bleach and machine wash separately in a full tub of cold water. Remove promptly from washer when cycle is complete. Tumble dry with low heat polyester and Flexstretch items. Hang or lay flat to dry all SpiritFlex and DazzleFlex items. Do not use fabric softener on polyester garments as this may affect the soil release properties. Complete shrinkage and colorfastness cannot be guaranteed because of different laundering processes and absorbent qualities of fabric. Cheerleading Company is not responsible for garments that have been laundered incorrectly. DO NOT DRY CLEAN. |

| Please be specific when ordering lettering. Since these are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns. Spelling of names is taken directly from the Order Form. Please print clearly to insure accuracy. Cheerleading Company offers Tackle Twill lettering and Direct Monogramming. Please refer to the styles pictured in this catalog for lettering placements. For Special Lettering styles not shown in this catalog, please CALL US FIRST at 1-800-411-4105 and we will be glad to offer our professional assistance. ***Please note that special monogramming can add 1-2 weeks to you manufacturing time. |

| Cheerleading Company will match any previous order. If you do not see your specific style on our website or in our catalog, we are able to manufacture it for you. However, we require a sample garment to insure the closest match possible, determine retail price and manufacturing time. Please label the sample garment with team name, telephone number and mailing address so we can guarantee proper return. A minimum order of 12 uniforms is required to match a new pattern or design. |

All orders are shipped via UPS and Fed-Ex. We will ship via US Mail for military orders (APO and FPO Box) only. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote on express shipping and for shipments outside of the continental United States. Minimum order is $20.00.
Due to the large increases in fuel and transportation costs, expedited shipping is significantly more expensive than standard shipping. Please leave several contact phone numbers so that we can call to give you a quote on the cost of premium shipping before we charge your credit card.
